AAOE volunteers include long-time members, brand-new members, experienced leaders, rising professionals, big-picture thinkers, and hands-on helpers. You do not need to have all the answers. You just need a willingness to contribute.

Long-term council term length: 2 years. Renewal limits vary by council.

Members who join in July of their current term will have their term extended through the following year to ensure they receive a full two-year term.
