Amy Newbanks Letke, SPHR, GPHR, is the Founder of Integrity HR, Inc. Amy provides workplace solutions to improve performance, reduce liability and increase profits. She is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and business owners achieve success.
Prior to starting Integrity HR in 2007, Amy served in the field of human resources for 20 years. She began her career in HR positions with Fortune 500 companies including Delta Faucet and HON Industries. She has also served as a lead HR consultant in one of the nation’s largest Accounting and Consulting firms in Chicago, providing clients around the globe “HR Help” in the areas of human resources excellence and organizational development as well as training her team to provide programs for improved productivity and higher performance.
Amy earned a Bachelors degree from DePauw University and a MBA degree from St. Ambrose University. She is a member of NAWBO and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and a certified DiSC instructor/trainer.
