Joseph is a member of the Advocacy Council at American Alliance of Orthopaedics since 2011. He serves on the Board of Texas Orthopaedic Association since 2017 and on the Texas-Orthopaedic Administrators Society (T-Bones) committee group. Andrea Allyn is the Clinic and Sports Medicine Director for Heartland Orthopedic Specialists – A Service of Alomere Health located in west-central Minnesota. She has been with the group for 18 years and in a leadership role for the past 13 years. Her current role includes oversight of day-to-day operations of clinic site and orthopedic physical therapy; leadership of orthopedic nursing, physical

therapy, and sports medicine teams; sports medicine program that provides care to over 12 area high schools, 2 area colleges, and area youth sports associations.

Andrea started her career with the group as an Athletic Trainer working with a few of the area high schools in addition to clinical roles of casting/brace fittings, post-op visits, DME management, and physician extender before transitioning into her current leadership role. Andrea is an avid golfer, she and her husband Scott enjoy outdoor activities, lake time, time with family and friends, sports and their 2 pups - Madi and Ryli.

Tina Snodderly currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance.  Tina has 23 years of orthopaedic experience and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics, a division of TOA.

Ms. Snodderly holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Milligan College.  She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive and holds a Green belt in Lean Six Sigma Certification.  She has been a member of AAOE since 2013.

Tina and her husband are avid hikers who are enthusiastic about the National Park system and members of the Great Smoky Mountain Association, Friends of the Smokies and the Appalachian Train Conservancy.

Terry has been at the Orthopaedic Clinic for 27 years the past 14 as CEO.  Prior to his current role he served 13 years as the Director of Sports Medicine and Clinical Coordinator.  A strong believer in analytics and benchmarking, he feels this is a means to truly investigate how your clinic is performing vs. your peers and where it can improve.  

As a Certified Athletic Trainer, he severed in various capacities with the Los Angeles Rams, Anaheim Mighty Ducks, NFL Europe, ESPN Survival of the Fittest and The American Gladiators prior to joining TOC.

Terry has served on the AAOE Data and Analytics Council since 2017 including 2 years as the chairperson and currently serves as the Board Liaison.  In addition, Terry is very active in AAOE’s Advocacy initiatives. Terry is a past president of Alabama Bones and MGMA of East Alabama.  Terry believes that AAOE is a tremendous asset to its membership and provides access to networking, data and information that can benefit all and that it is a unique organization that a lot of other specialties do not have.  In his free time Terry is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and their 2 children, a son Taylor and a daughter Marissa.

Alissa is the Practice Administrator with Orthopaedic Associates of Marlborough, and has been with the group for over 6 years. As a small practice administrator, Alissa is involved in every aspect of the practice, from the clinical and administrative front line to the behind-the-scenes revenue cycle team. Alissa started her career as License Practical Nurse working in rehabilitation centers as a charge nurse. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration and pursued a Career in Practice Management with a growing Urgent Care System before transitioning to Practice Administrator in Orthopaedics.

An AAOE member since 2017, Alissa has been active in volunteering on the Young and New Professionals Committee, Membership Committee, Advocacy Counsil, Education Committee, and Annual Conference Committee.  In her free time, Alissa is married to an emergency medicine physician and is mother to two elementary school aged girls. Alissa is an active member of her children’s PTO. She enjoys traveling with her family, especially going to the beaches of Cape Cod and Virginia Beach. In the winter, they enjoy skiing and other snowy activities.


Michael Behr, MD, MBA

Michael J. Behr, M.D., is Medical Director of OrthoAtlanta and Executive Vice President of IntraHealth Group. He is board certified and fellowship trained in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Behr served as a practicing orthopedic surgeon for 25 years, specializing in general orthopedic surgery with an emphasis in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and hip and knee joint replacement.

Dr. Behr was one of the founding members of OrthoAtlanta. Throughout his years as a practicing surgeon, Dr. Behr concurrently held progressive leadership positions at OrthoAtlanta, including physician board chair. Recently completing his MBA at Kellogg School of Management in Business Administration in 2016, Dr. Behr accepted the Medical Director position in a full-time capacity in 2017.

Dr. Behr has served as President of the medical staff at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia and currently serves on its hospital board. While practicing orthopedics, Dr. Behr was affiliated with Piedmont Fayette Hospital, Piedmont Newnan Hospital, Piedmont Henry Hospital and continues to serve as a member of the Piedmont Clinic.

Dr. Behr has served as an Assistant Orthopedic Consultant for the Chicago Cubs, as Director of Athletic Care at the Aquatic Venue for the Paralympics, as co-medical director and sideline physician for both the Peach Bowl and Chick-Fil-A Bowls and has worked with athletes at the 1996 Olympic Games.

Dr. Behr is a dedicated medical professional who is also known for donating his time and medical talents to those in need in some of the most impoverished  parts of the world. Since 2010 when he first volunteered to assist after the devastating earthquake that year, Dr. Behr has traveled annually to Haiti providing orthopedic surgeries in an ongoing effort to assist the people of Haiti. In May 2018, Dr. Behr participated in a week-long orthopedic medical mission trip in Honduras for the non-profit One World Surgery.


Chris Greenman, MBA/MHA, CMPE

Chris Greenman has been in orthopedic group practice for over 22 years. For the past 20 years, he has been the administrator for Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic Medical Clinic. He has overseen the addition of several ancillaries, design and construction of medical office buildings, installation of PACs, EMR, remodels of medical office space, and physician recruitment. Greenman enjoys that aspect of working with others and helping them find and reach their potential. All this time, Greenman has been a member of AAOE and has benefited with the collaboration with other orthopedic administrators in sharing ideas and thoughts on the industry. He feels strongly about the importance of being a united front as a community and to share the knowledge we all gain, so that we are not all having to reinvent the wheel in each of our own situations. For the past 6 years, Greenman has enjoyed volunteering on the AAOE committees and councils (communication, technology, and data analytics). 

He and his wife Kimberly have three great kids who are at University or graduated. In his free time, you will find him biking, skiing, running, or paddle boarding in the Tahoe area.  


Cindy Murray

Cindy Murray, PT, MBA has served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for OrthoTexas Physicians and Surgeons in the North Texas area since January of 2020. With 5 locations, the multi-specialty group is comprised of over 135 employees and 13 physicians. This includes orthopedic surgeons, pain management, and Physical and Occupational Therapy. Cindy practiced as a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas until she transitioned from her clinical practice to focus solely on her administrative role.

During her entire career, Cindy has specialized in both the clinical and regulatory aspects of outpatient orthopedics. She has taught courses for the Texas Medical Association, Texas Orthopedic Association, has presented to the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) and at multiple OrthoForum and Texas Orthopedic Administrators Society (T-Bones) annual conferences. In addition, she authored the “Workers Compensation Guide for Texas Physicians, 4th edition” for the Texas Medical Association. Cindy graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Health Education, received her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and her MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Texas A&M University.


Brittany Powers

Brittany is the Practice Manager for the Orthopaedic Center of the Virginia’s. She has been with the practice for over 20 years and managing for the past 9 years. She manages day to day operations, the physicians’ personal and professional lives and all other aspects of the practice.

Brittany has lived the ‘American Dream’ at her practice. She started her career with the Orthopaedic Center at 17 years of age in an entry level position. From there, she started to move upward, attending college and obtaining her degree. As Brittany’s career path emerged, she has taken every opportunity to grow in her professional development, leading the way to her becoming the practice manager.  

She joined AAOE in 2016 and immediately sought out volunteer opportunities, becoming a member of the Membership Council in 2017.  Her passion to enhance the member experience led her to chair this Council for the past 2 years and then seek a seat on the AAOE Board of Directors. Brittany is a strong advocate for AAOE, having traveled to Washington DC twice to lobby on Capitol Hill with her fellow members. Now, as a member of the Board of Directors, Brittany is excited to bring her depth of knowledge and experiences to the table to help propel the mission of AAOE forward.

Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and her 3 children, Tanner, Madison and Paislee. In her free time, she loves to cook, read and travel.


Olivia Wolf, MBA, CPC

Olivia has served as Chair of the DABC with AAOE and remains as a Member at Large. Olivia enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, crafting, camping, and playing cribbage.
