Alissa Ashley-High
Practice Administrator, Orthopaedic Associates of Marlborough

Alissa is the Practice Administrator with Orthopaedic Associates of Marlborough and has been with the group for over 7 years. An AAOE member since 2017, Alissa has been active in volunteering on the Young and New Professionals, Membership, Advocacy, Education, and Annual Conference Committees. In her free time, Alissa is married to an emergency medicine physician and is a mother of two elementary school aged girls. Alissa is an active member of her children’s PTO. She enjoys traveling with her family, especially going to the beaches of Cape Cod and Virginia Beach.

 

Andrew Carlson
Director of Growth & Strategy, Growth Ortho

Originally from Sturbridge, MA, Andrew has a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University (2006), a Master of Science from The University of Kentucky (2008), and a Master of Business Administration from Midway University (2023). He currently serves as the Director of Growth & Strategy with the national MSO Growth Orthopedics. He is an experienced healthcare executive who has built and managed healthcare practices to drive market share and profitability. He has expertise in healthcare marketing and growth initiatives, as well as physician recruitment and ancillary growth.

 

Leanne Galligan
Director of Patient Services, Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic

Leanne is the Director of Patient Services for Peachtree Orthopedics. Leanne first joined Peachtree Orthopedics in 1998 and has held various roles within the organization on both the administrative and clinical sides to include the Clinical Supervisor focused on navigating the challenges presented to the practice during the pandemic.

Ross Rigdon
COO, Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic, PA

Ross Rigdon is the Chief Operations Officer at Raleigh Orthopaedic, where he leads various departments to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth. With a strong background in healthcare management, he has successfully implemented strategic initiatives that improve provider productivity and patient care. Ross's experience spans across roles in operations, diagnostic testing, and worker's compensation management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and has previously served in roles at ACO Medical Supply and EmergeOrtho. Ross is dedicated to advancing healthcare practices through innovation and leadership.
