"Leveraging AI in Difficult Conversations" is a practical workshop designed for orthopedic practice administrators. This 45-minute session introduces free AI tools to enhance communication across patient, colleague, and physician interactions. Using the PREPARE framework and STAR/AR model, participants learn how to leverage ChatGPT, Grammarly, and common office tools for creating templates, analyzing communication patterns, and improving response strategies.

The workshop includes real-world examples, a live demonstration, and security considerations for healthcare settings. Participants receive actionable templates and prompts for immediate implementation, with special focus on HIPAA compliance and patient data protection. The session concludes with Q&A and access to downloadable resources.
