VP of Organization Development, Peachtree Orthopedics

With 25 years of dedicated service at Peachtree Orthopedics, Alondra Harris is a visionary leader in organizational development and a driving force behind diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. As the DEIB Officer, she has played a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, overseeing company-wide training programs that have been fully embraced by leadership and enthusiastically supported by staff.


Throughout her career, Alondra has successfully managed a wide range of departments, including administrative operations, release of information, personal injury, physician business development, facilities management, employee engagement, civil treatment training, customer service training, company culture improvements, communications, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering professional development, and strengthening the overall employee experience.


Beyond her professional achievements, Alondra is deeply committed to mentorship and community service. She serves as a volunteer career coach and mentor to emerging professionals and dedicates her time to supporting senior citizen groups and local homeless shelters.
