Sharon Mimbs Bromley

Ms. Bromley is the Chief Executive Officer of Chatham Orthopaedic Associates, PA. She has served in the position since 2012. Prior to joining Chatham Orthopaedics, she was the Vice President for Physician Services at Memorial Health University Physicians, Chief Executive Officer of Summit Cancer Care and Senior Vice President of Candler Hospital. She was also employed by Piedmont Hospital while pursuing her graduate studies. Ms. Bromley has master’s degrees in health administration and business administration from Georgia State University. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a minor in Political Science from Queens College in Charlotte. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Medical Group Management Association. She is also a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives and Southeastern Association of Orthopaedic Executives. Ms. Bromley has been active and served in leadership roles in many national, statewide and community organizations such as the Community Oncology Alliance, Georgia Society of Clinical Oncology, Southeastern Association of Orthopaedic Executives, OrthoConnect, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Park Place, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She has functioned in government relations roles in some of these organizations throughout her career. Ms. Bromley currently serves as the President for Merit Health IPA / CIN, a member of the Athena Revenue Cycle Committee, a member of the Synovus Bank Advisory Board and a member of the Orthopaedic Advocacy Committee for OrthoForum, and a member of the OrthoConnect Board.
