With a passion for helping organizations turn data into valuable information they can leverage for decision making and quality improvement, Vicki Sprague has worked successfully with business leaders in a variety of settings. Since joining AAOE as the Chief Integration Officer in 2015, she facilitated improvements in AAOE’s annual benchmarking survey, managed the implementation of a data warehouse, and promoted operational improvements throughout the association. She earned her Doctorate in Social Psychology and has expertise in data analysis, research methods, organizational leadership, project management, and communicating results.
