In this module, we’ll look at the functions of HR and how HR supports every facet of the employee lifecycle from the moment the office puts out a search for the right employee until separation from the company. Along the way, you will find out about how HR promotes the wellbeing of employees and when to approach HR versus your manager when questions or issues arise.

  • Discuss the elements of the human resource function.
  • Choose when to go to HR or when to go to their manager with a question, problem, or concern.
