This module is designed to lay a foundation for front line staff around the basics of leadership & management and to highlight their complementary roles within a healthcare organization.
We’ll cover basic leadership styles and philosophies, the different responsibilities of managers vs supervisors, and then focus on everyday leadership and followership for staff. You will leave with an appreciation of the ethics of participation and gain an understanding that each practice develops its own culture and leadership style.
