AATE Contracts with AAOE to Drive Excellence

News & Press,

Indianapolis, IN – June 5, 2024. AATE has contracted with the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) to provide marketing, membership, education, and governance services, effective June 1, 2024.

"We feel that this administrative move will allow us greater financial and personnel flexibility while providing us with access to additional strategic resources. Partnering with the AAOE creates a platform to enhance member engagement, expand the impact of the AATE, and advance athletic training education,” said Andrew Winterstein, President of AATE.

We appreciate all our members and volunteers who contribute to the AATE and are confident you’ll see the impact as we work to advance the athletic training profession through education. Your board of directors is committed to the mission of the AATE and continues to strive to provide a community that serves as a responsive and progressive voice to be the premier voice and resource for athletic training education in all forms. We thank Elizabeth Lipke and recognize her many contributions over the past year in her role as executive director.

“We are pleased to partner with AATE,” said AAOE CEO Addy Kujawa, CAE, DES. “Athletic trainers are an important component of orthopedic practices, whom we serve. Helping the AATE better serve its members enhances the strength of the orthopedic and musculoskeletal industries.”

The most important resource of AAOE is its staff. AAOE hires and retains the best individuals to serve the organization, and now, AATE. The effectiveness and quality of AAOE’s work product and services are a direct result of the superior skills of the AAOE team. In addition, the AAOE team maintains a strong sense of integrity and professionalism and takes great pride in their work. The AATE is excited to begin this partnership.
