Culture, Coaching, and aCCountability!!!

Let’s talk about the 3 C’s again: culture, coaching, and aCCountability (<- I took creative liberties on that third one). Some things you can’t help: protected disability, protected leaves, protected accommodation requests. But some things you can help by setting expectations early, coaching often, and holding your team to account and letting them take responsibility for their mistakes AND for their learning. We’ll talk about lessons learned (mistakes we made), help that we’ve received from the professionals (don’t reinvent the wheel! There are times when attorneys and executive coaches are VERY helpful); and leave some room to talk about what you’re dealing with and come up with ideas for you to try, to help move your team forward. BONUS These things work on physicians too!
