Alejandro Fernandez Named 2024 Practice Executive of the Year

Alejandro Fernandez of Synergy Orthopedic Specialists in San Diego, CA, was named the 2024 AAOE Practice Executive of the Year at the AAOE Annual Conference. With over 30 years of multi-site, multit-state, private-equity-backed experience in physician practice management, he has helped the practice emerge as the largest independent orthopedic medical group in our large metropolitan county. In addition, they added a fourth physical therapy location, expanded by 100% the footprint of two locations, and are planning to open a fifth and sixth locations in keeping with their mission to provide the community with access to quality and patient-centered care.
